Gumilyov Eurasian National University Utepov Yelbek Bakhitovich have successfully defended the dissertations submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements of the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty of «6D072900 – Civil Engineering» in the Dissertation council for Construction at the M. Auezov South-Kazakhstan State University.
The scientific researches of Dr. Yelbek Utepov was devoted to the development of the methodology to complex assessment of pile bearing capacity.
